Our exciting new development of 65 beautiful one and two bedroom apartments is situated on the site of the old Holywell farm in the heart of the National Forest, and we have taken inspiration from nature and history to produce apartments dedicated to health and wellbeing, homes where light and space combine to create a feeling of starting afresh at a pace to suit your lifestyle.
These apartments are specifically designed to enable you to live independently in your own home, with 24 hour support on site, and personalised care and support packages available to you as and when needed.
We started on site in September 2019 and aim to complete by Spring 2021
Springfields consists of 65 one and two bedroom apartments, 15 for shared ownership sale and 50 for rent, all built to the same high standard. None of the apartments have been pre-allocated for either rent or sale. The choice of apartment will be down to individual preference and availability, and will be offered on a first reserved basis.
All the apartments are completely self-contained and designed to allow wheelchairs and mobility aids to be used. The front entrance has a video door entry system, and each apartment also has its own secure entrance. To enable residents to take advantage of all things digital, the apartments are equipped with fibre optic broadband, although residents will need to arrange their own provider.
Part of feeling safe and secure in your own home is knowing that help is at hand when you need it. Which is why at Springfields we will have a dedicated team of staff available 24 hours a day throughout the year. We also know that people want to stay in their own homes for as long as possible, but may at some point require additional care, support or help with the little things to ensure it happens. That is why we will offer flexible packages of care and support to suit individual needs.
