I hereby give notice that the next meeting of the above Committee will be held in Legion House, South Street, Ashby de la Zouch LE65 1BQ on MONDAY 26th NOVEMBER 2018 at 6.30 pm.

15. WESTFIELDS RECREATION GROUND MULTI-USE GAMES AREA.

To receive a verbal progress report from the Town Clerk on the construction of a multi-use games area on Westfields Recreation Ground.

 

16. BATH GROUNDS.

Following the resolution at Full Council on Monday 10th September, to give retrospective approval for the action taken by the Town Clerk to engage Howkins & Harrison to undertake an analysis of the financial viability supporting statement for the refurbishment of the Royal Hotel and a land valuation of the Bath Grounds in the budget sum of £4,500.00.

 

17. REPAIRS TO PLAY AREA AT MALVERN CRESCENT.                     

To approve the repairs to the play area at Malvern Crescent in the sum of £3,000.00.

18. WORK TO BATH GROUNDS ROADWAY.                                              

To approve repair work to Bath Grounds roadway from Prior Park Road in the sum of £2,742.00.

19. BYE-LAWS FOR PLEASURE GROUNDS ETC.                                   

To review and re-adopt the bye-laws for the Town Council’s public open spaces.

20. PROPOSED ADOPTION OF LAND AT LEICESTER ROAD.             

To approve the adoption of 6,000m2 of land at Leicester Road and accept the commuted sum of £42,000.00 for doing so from David Wilson Homes.

 21. REPLACEMENT PLAY EQUIPMENT FOR CHAPMANS MEADOWS. 

To approve the replacement of the play equipment at Chapmans Meadows in the sum of £5,250.00 and to use some of the solar farm community benefit fund to do so.
