Through customer-facing and team management roles, Carol has developed a wealth of experience in engaging, developing and managing people, both on an individual basis and in groups or teams.
Helping others to reach their full potential and to fully engage in what they do, especially within a work environment, is what motivates Carol.
Carol is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD)
